Having being diagnosed with Invasive Breast Cancer in 2016 my greatest worry on top of making a recovery was how we would manage financially while I was in treatment.

Thankfully I had gone through a Full Financial Review with Eamonn Freeman from Easy Life Cover and he had recommended critical illness cover on my mortgage and a separate critical illness policy in addition to the mortgage which provided a lump sum on diagnosis.

I immediately contacted Eamonn after meeting with my doctor and he straight away processed the claim on my behalf. The claim was paid within 3 weeks and it cleared our mortgage. The lump sum from the second policy gave me peace of mind to focus on recovering. He had also arranged life cover which I still hold and which will continue on regardless of my diagnosis.
